Shipping Policy

Nimara Ritual ships from China to destinations in North America, Europe, Asia, and other supported regions. Available services and final charges are displayed at checkout.

Order processing

Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During high-volume periods, product launches, inventory verification, or other exceptional circumstances, processing may take 3–5 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Shipping options

- Standard shipping: free; estimated delivery in 12–28 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited shipping: $15.99; estimated delivery in 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs clearance, carrier disruption, severe weather, incorrect addresses, remote destinations, and local postal conditions may cause delays. If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will contact you with an updated date and available options.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take several days to update after dispatch, especially while an international parcel is transferred between carriers.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price. Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being returned. Any refund will be handled under the Return & Refund Policy after deducting non-refundable charges and return costs where permitted.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact `nimararitual@gmail.com` within 12 hours if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or a parcel arrives damaged, contact `nimararitual@gmail.com` with the order number and relevant photographs. We may ask the customer to cooperate with a carrier investigation. A parcel marked delivered is not automatically treated as lost; customers should first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, and local carrier.
