Return & Refund Policy

Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Contact `nimararitual@gmail.com` before sending any item. Returns sent without authorization, or to an address not provided by us, may be refused.

Return eligibility

To qualify, an item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. We may request photographs before approving the return.

The following items are not returnable unless defective, damaged on arrival, or required by applicable law:

- Earrings and other pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons.
- Personalized, engraved, made-to-order, or customized products.
- Worn, used, washed, altered, damaged, or incomplete products.
- Gift cards and final-sale products where permitted by law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect the order promptly after delivery. Contact us with the order number and clear photographs if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. When the claim is approved, Nimara Ritual will cover the reasonable return cost or provide another appropriate resolution, such as replacement or refund.

Natural variations in stone color, grain, inclusions, pattern, pearl surface, and wood texture are not normally defects when consistent with the product description.

Change-of-mind returns

For an eligible return that is not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping, applicable customs charges, and the risk of loss until the parcel reaches the approved return address. Original expedited shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

We do not currently publish a universal U.S. return address. An approved return address and instructions will be provided by email. Do not return products to the address printed on the original parcel unless we specifically authorize it.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit. We will notify the customer if a deduction is necessary because an item was returned in a condition inconsistent with this policy, where permitted by law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain another item is usually to return the eligible original purchase and place a new order after the return is approved. Product availability is not guaranteed.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests may be submitted to `nimararitual@gmail.com` within 12 hours after purchase. Include the order number and the email address used at checkout. We will make a reasonable effort to cancel the order, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing or fulfillment begins. If the order has shipped, the customer must follow the Return & Refund Policy.

Nimara Ritual may cancel an order because of inventory errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or legal and compliance concerns. If we cancel an order after payment, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
